Returns

At SVEA Couture, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Include original packaging and tags (where applicable)
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• We will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as sizing, preference, or change of mind):
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Hazardous materials or flammable goods
• Gift cards

Items purchased during final sale or clearance are also non-refundable, unless required by law.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or colour? Simply contact us at support@sveacouture.com within 30 days.

Please note: For exchanges due to personal preference, you will need to return the original item at your own cost before the exchange item is dispatched.

UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

This right applies in addition to, and independently from, our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing occurs within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
